What Uhmingle is

Uhmingle is a random video chat that puts you into a private one-to-one call with a woman who is live at that moment. No public rooms, no feed, no profile to build first. This page explains how that actually works and what we deliberately do not do.

Four things the product is built on

The call is the product

There is no feed, no public room and no library of clips to browse. Uhmingle does one thing: it puts two people on a video call and then gets out of the way. Everything that would normally sit between you and that call has been removed rather than redesigned.

Presence over inventory

Most video chat platforms match against every account they have ever registered, which is why you press next twenty times before anything connects. Uhmingle matches against who is online at that second. It is a smaller pool and a much higher chance the call resolves to a person.

Verified before matched

An account passes photo verification before it can enter the matching pool at all. That is the line between a real face reacting to what you say and a looping clip that ignores you.

Two people, nothing kept

Every call is a closed room with exactly two people in it. We do not record calls and we do not ship a feature to record them, so when a call ends there is no replay, no clip and nothing added to a profile.

Three things we will not claim

Every site in this category promises the same things. These are the limits of what Uhmingle can actually deliver, stated plainly so you can weigh them before signing up rather than after.

We cannot stop someone pointing a second camera at their screen

No video platform can, and any that claims otherwise is overselling. What we can do is make reporting one tap from inside the call and review it around the clock.

Moderation is reactive, not a person in your call

Nobody sits in the room watching. Moderation acts on what gets reported, which is why reporting quickly matters more here than it would on a supervised platform.

The pool is deepest at Latin American hours

Most verified accounts are in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina and neighbouring countries. If you are matching from Europe or the US at midday, expect a longer wait than at midnight.

Who it is for

People who want a conversation with someone new and do not want to build a profile, collect matches or wait for a reply to get one. If you are looking for a social network, a dating app with a queue of unanswered messages, or a place to broadcast to an audience, this is not that, and the difference is deliberate.

Uhmingle is for adults only. Accounts and calls are restricted to people 18 and over, and we act on reports of anyone who appears to be under age ahead of everything else in the queue.
